3.1 Install and activate the FlexiO App
Download the FlexiO App from the Appstore or Google Play
Create your account and fill in all the required details.
Make sure to provide the EAN number of your electricity connection (not the gas one!).
You can find the EAN number on your energy bills. This number consists of an 18-digit number, starting with 54.

You will also be asked to enter your IBAN number. This is used by FlexiO (LIFEPOWR) to pay the generated income from market flexibility straight onto your chosen account.
Subscription fees, if applicable, will only be deducted after the free trial period.
