MyFlexiO App: Earnings

Gridbalancing shows the earnings generated by FlexiO through participation in gridbalancing. The value recorded reflects the previous month.

Please note that your app currently shows income from rPOWR only. We are working hard behind the scenes to include ePOWR income to your earnings dashboard soon! Because of this, your energy bill might show a higher total than what you see in the MyFlexiO app for now.

The main screen (1) shows the total value generated by FlexiO for the current year. You can adjust the year by using the calendar button (2) at the bottom of the circle.

The value in the circle is the sum of Energy Management and earnings from Netbalancing for the selected year. If you want to see details about the earnings from Netbalancing, click the earnings button.

Payout of the earnings:

LIFEPOWR directly pays out your earning into your bank account. Please be aware that the payment is always 3 months later (Elia has a payout of 60 days - end of month).

For example: Income generated in January, is paid out by LIFEPOWR in April.

Good to know: If you are on an ePOWR tariff, your earnings (both ePOWR and rPOWR) are settled straight away via your monthly energy bill.
