Explanation
This error can have several underlying causes.
A FlexiO steering inactive error implies that FlexiO isn’t running.
Your installation might or should be self-steering capable and thus fall-back to the local steering of your inverter.
Required action
Execute following steps

Unplug the power of your FlexiObox (small USB-C connector on the side, comparable with your phone battery charger connector), wait 5 seconds and plug in again: after approximately 1 minute the LED on top should be back continuous green

Check if the error disappeared after 5 minutes.
