2.3 Why has FlexiO a monthly subscription?
During your trial period, you’re free from subscription costs! Ask your installer what the duration of your free trial period is.
For starters, free does not exist. When you invest in solar energy, you want this investment to last at least 20 to 25 years. Since FlexiO charges subscription fees, we, as an EMS, have to prove ourselves to you every day! This way, our EMS takes actions with keeping in mind what is most valuable for the end-user.
Not satisfied? Your notice period is only 15 days. This also obligates FlexiO to always commit to providing the best service.
