FlexiO subscription information
When does your subscription start?
The FlexiO subscription is linked to the purchase of the FlexiObox and starts once the installer has installed and activated the FlexiObox. Please note, activation can only take place when a digital meter is present. By registering and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to the continued use of FlexiO and its benefits.
You can verify if your FlexiObox is actived via the System Status in the MyFlexiO App.
What does the subscription include?
Smart Energy Management:
FlexiO takes care of your energy management and provides savings on your energy bill, while on the other hand the participation in Grid Balancing, gives you additional earnings. This FlexiO service is a complete package and cannot be split.
Free updates and new features:
Paying your monthly subscription will provide a future proof system that is ready to tackle all changes during the energy transition! FlexiO gets regular updates without any extra cost attached.
Customer Support:
Every registered MyFlexiO user also has access to our customer support via a ticketing system and has access to our FlexiO helpdesk.
FlexiO Helpdesk:
Available during week days between 08h and 18h - only for registered FlexiO users.

What does the subscription costs?
There is always a free trail period for your FlexiO subscription. Ask your installer for more details.
Subscription for smart EV charger management: €4,95/month incl 21% VAT
Subscription for Smart Energy Management (Battery + Solar + EV): €9,95/month incl 21% VAT.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel the subscription, you can do so by contacting us via the contact form before the 15th of the month. Your subscription can be cancelled on the 1st of the following month.
