The FlexiO subscription
When does your subscription start?
The FlexiO subscription is linked to the purchase of the FlexiObox and starts once the installer has installed and activated the FlexiObox. Please note, activation can only take place when a digital meter is present. By registering and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to the continued use of FlexiO and its benefits.
How are payments made?
The first month is always free. During this period, FlexiO learns about your installation and habits, and we handle any adjustments after installation. You can also complete the installation of a digital meter during this time.
The subscription payment is monthly and will occur in the first week of the month.
To account for starting "mid-month," your first payment will be prorated based on the length of the first payment month.
Example:
Activation on April 18
Free until May 18
In the first week of May, you will pay for a 13-day subscription so that the following months can be charged in full.
You will receive an email notifying you that the direct debit instruction is being processed (email around the 5th of the month – payment a few days later).
What does the subscription include?
FlexiO takes care of your energy management and provides savings on your energy bill + Participation in Grid Balancing, which gives you additional income.
(This FlexiO service is a complete package and cannot be split.)
€9.95/month – Subscription for smart energy management and participation in Net Balancing for your battery.
€4.95/month – Subscription for smart energy management of your charging station.
€14.90/month – Subscription for both.
