Creating/Registering an Account
MyFlexiO App
Once the FlexiObox is installed, you can register it via the MyFlexiO app.
Please have the following information ready:
The email address you provided to your installer
Your mobile phone number
The EAN code for electricity (this code can be found on your energy bill or on the meter – 18 characters)
Your bank account number
Choose a password with at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
Language Selection
Once you open the app, you can change the language to your preference at the top of the screen before starting the registration process.
You can always change the language later via the settings.
Start Registration
Click on 'No FlexiO account yet' to go to the page where you can start the registration process.
Your Information
To create an account, LIFEPOWR requires some of your details. These are used to provide good service and to pay out your earnings.
Name & Phone Number
Fill in the fields with your full name and phone number.
Confirm by clicking Save.
IBAN Number
Enter your account number and give LIFEPOWR permission to create an automatic direct debit.
Confirm by clicking Save.
Email Address & Password
Enter your email address, and we will verify it using an ACTIVATION CODE.
The activation code will be sent to the email address you just entered. (You can resend this activation code if needed. If you can't find the email, check your 'spam' folder as well.)
Enter your chosen password, then confirm and accept the terms and conditions.
Note the activation code in the green box and click Activate Account.
Important Reminder
Always use the email address you provided to your installer. They will link your FlexiObox to that email address. It is important that you register your FlexiO account with the same address.
Remember, LIFEPOWR will use this email address for essential communications. It is important to provide an email address you check regularly so you don't miss important notifications.
FlexiObox
Your email address links your account with the FlexiObox.
To enable participation in Grid Balancing, we need the EAN code from your electricity meter.
EAN Code
Once the FlexiObox is installed, a POP-UP will appear.
Enter the EAN code and confirm by clicking Save.
If you have multiple FlexiObox units on one account, you will receive multiple POP-UPS.
IMPORTANT:
You cannot proceed in the app until the EAN code has been entered.
