Creating/Registering an Account

MyFlexiO App

Once your FlexiO Box has been installed, you can register it using the MyFlexiO App or web App on your PC or tablet at my.flexio.energy

Please make sure you have the following information ready:

  • The email address you provided to your installer

  • Your mobile phone number

  • Your electricity EAN code (18 characters, found on your energy bill or directly on the meter)

  • Your bank account number

  • A secure password (minimum of 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character)


Language Selection

As soon as you open the app, you can change the language to your preference at the top of the screen before starting the registration process a language button apears.

You can change the language at any time later via the App settings.

Start Registration

You can create a FlexiO account by clicking on the button at the bottom of the screen that says 'No FlexiO account yet'.

Your Information

To create an account, LIFEPOWR requires some of your details. These are used to provide good service and to pay out your earnings.

Name & Phone Number

Fill in the fields with your full name and phone number.
Confirm by clicking Save.

IBAN Number

Enter your bank account number and grant LIFEPOWR permission to set up a direct debit.
Click Save to confirm.

Email Address & Password

Always use the email address that you provided to your installer. This email address is linked to your FlexiO account, so it is important that you register with the same email address.


  1. Enter your email address, and we will verify it using an ACTIVATION CODE.

  2. The activation code will be sent to the email address you just entered. (You can resend this activation code if needed. If you can't find the email, check your 'spam' folder as well.)

  3. Enter your chosen password, then confirm and accept the terms and conditions.

  4. Note the activation code in the green box and click Activate Account.


Remember that LIFEPOWR will use this email address for essential communications. It is important to provide an address that you check regularly, to ensure that you don't miss any important notifications.

FlexiObox

One of the conditions for participating in Netbalancing is that your EAN code must be quoted correctly.

EAN Code

Once the FlexiObox is installed, a POP-UP will appear.
Enter the EAN code and confirm by clicking Save.

If you have multiple FlexiObox units on one account, you will receive multiple POP-UPS.

IMPORTANT:

You cannot proceed in the app until the EAN code has been entered.
You cannot change the EAN code by yourself, if you made a mistake, please contact us. FlexiO Contact Form
