This integration guide is compatible with the following M-TEC products:
M-TEC Energy Butler
1. Wiring
On one end of a ethernet cable crimp a RJ45 plug using the T568B termination standart.
Connect the crimped RJ45 plug to the LIFEPOWR USB-RS485-TYPE2 (white dongle).
On the other end of the ethernet cable, connect the blue & white wire to M-TEC connector pin 13 and the blue wire to pin 14.

Connect the dongle USB plug into any USB port on the FlexiObox.
2. Enable modbus
Modbus is enabled by default on the Energy Butler models. No configuration is required.
