Example

On this screen 2 status can be found:

  • FlexiObox showing the FlexiObox is onlineor offline
When offline, the user will find a link on how to resolve this issue.
This step-by-step explained user document can be found here.

  • FlexiO steeringindicates if FlexiO is actively steering the installation
    An error might appear when:

    • EMS Mode is not set to Normal

    • The EMS diagnostic (under IO Diagnostics page) reports an error: in that case more detailed error messages can be found under the IO Diagnostics page of the device (https://partner.lifepowr.io)

In some error cases a brief message will be displayed to “Contact your installer to resolve this problem”.

2. System Status webpage (FlexiObox QR scan)

Not yet available - foreseen release Q2 2025.

The system status can be opened by scanning the QR code on top of the FlexiObox (label).

3. IO Diagnostics page

Only accessible for installers.

Go to the IO Diagnostics page of the device (https://partner.lifepowr.io).

A LIFEPOWR installer login is required to access the FlexiObox IO Diagnostics page.
The FlexiO installer website also allows you to monitor and manage all your FlexiO installations.
No installer login yet? Read this section how to obtain.

Possible error statuses explained in detail

Problems detected - FlexiO steering inactive

EMS Mode is not Normal

(Except Uninitialized, see below)

Most likely the system was put in No EMS or Self-consumption mode.

If this was not intended, change the EMS Mode back to Normal.

EMS diagnostic error

Most likely triggered because no data is coming from the inverter.

Solution: ask the user to restart the inverter and/or battery. If this does not help, an intervention might be required.

System offline

The FlexiObox is not connected to the Internet. The user is forwarded to the “FlexiObox is offline” procedure to try to connect it back to the internet.

The configuration of the FlexiObox is ongoing

EMS mode is Uninitialized

If the installation is still ongoing this is expected, if not you should activate FlexiO.
