Intro

LIFEPOWR offers limited warranty to it’s products:

• Cable, accessories: 2 years

• FlexiObox: 5 years

As an installer or partner, we expect a thorough investigation is done of the damaged item before claiming replacement under warranty. LIFEPOWR will conduct own investigation on damaged goods upon receive.

If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, LIFEPOWR will replace the item free of charge.

How to claim warranty

Contact your installer for replacement.

Installer

Return the defect item to your distributor for exchange.

Partner

Login to LIFEPOWR’s Business Portal and create a business support ticket, describing the (unwanted) behavior and the product number, as well as the customer reference (FlexiObox ID).
