MyFlexiO App - Login


Your FlexiO Account

If you own a FlexiObox, you also have a FlexiO account.
It is important to know that the email address for your FlexiO account must be the same as the email address you provide to the installer. The FlexiObox will be linked to that email address.
LIFEPOWR uses the email address you provide for all communications. Therefore, it is essential that you give an email address you use regularly.

Creating Your FlexiO Account

To create a FlexiO account, register via the MyFlexiO Mobile App or web App on your PC or tablet at my.flexio.energy

Login

Login (or sign in) is only required when your account registration is complete, and in case you haven't used the MyFlexiO app for a while.
You can log in on the first screen when you open the MyFlexiO Mobile App.
Use the email address linked to your FlexiObox and your password.

Then click on Login.

Note: You can change the language of the MyFlexiO Mobile App (Dutch, English, or French) on this screen by pressing the arrow next to the language selection at the top.

If you have not yet provided your account number and EAN code, the App will request this information before proceeding.
