FlexiO System Status

You will find the FlexiO System Status on 2 different places:

1. On the MyFlexiO App

2. On the System Status webpage while scanning the unique QR code on the FlexiObox

1. MyFlexiO App

In the MyFlexiO user app, click on the bottom-right hamburger icon and then on Systemstatus:

On this screen 2 status can be found:

• FlexiObox → showing the FlexiObox is online ✅ or offline ❌
  When offline: follow this step-by-step explained document.

• FlexiO steering → indicates if FlexiO is actively steering the installation

2. System Status webpage (FlexiObox QR scan)

The system status can be opened by scanning the QR code on top of the FlexiObox (label).
