Explanation
FlexiO cannot connect to the FlexiO Cloud Service or has a quality connection problem.
FlexiO will be able to partly control the inverter with cached steering data the first 24hrs: dynamic steering of the battery might be still working during this time slot, however balancing the grid will not be possible.
A Connected error implies that FlexiO isn’t running or runs on a degraded level.
Your installation might or should be self-steering capable and thus fall-back to the local steering of your inverter.
Required action
Executed following steps
-
Check you internet connection / modem / network:
-
Use a smartphone, tablet or computer connected to the local network wired or Wi-Fi (phone: make sure to disable your data connection to be sure you are using Wi-Fi) and check if you have internet access
-
Make sure you didn’t change anything on the local network recently: this includes new modem and/or new internet provider, Wi-Fi changes such as new SSID (wireless network) name or an update of the Wi-Fi password.
-
Is the FlexiObox cable directly connected to the modem? If not (and if possible) make sure to connected the FlexiObox directly to the internet modem
-
-
Check the FlexiObox:
-
The LED on top should be continuous green
-
The network cable should be plugged in on the other side of the green LED - make sure the cable is well connected
-
LED’s should be on or blinking close to the FlexiObox network connector (at the bottom side)
-
Unplug the power of your FlexiObox (small USB-C connector on the side, comparable with your phone battery charger connector), wait 5 seconds and plug in again: after approximately 1 minute the LED on top should be back continuous green
-
