P1 invalid data received
Explanation
FlexiO needs qualified measurement of the current streams in order to steer your installation for grid balancing.
Therefore, the FlexiObox has a wired P1 connection (a black USB cable from FlexiObox to digital meter) or a P1 HomeWizard Wi-Fi dongle connected to the network and plugged in to your digital meter.
Alternatively, the measurement can be done by a HomeWizard Eastron meter or even the internal meter of your inverter (if certified).
This error message indicates that P1 data is received, however the quality is too low.
A P1 error implies that FlexiO cannot participate on grid balancing. Earnings might be missed.
Required action
Execute following steps
Unplug the power of your FlexiObox (small USB-C connector on the side, comparable with your phone battery charger connector), wait 5 seconds and plug in again: after approximately 1 minute the LED on top should be back continuous green
Check if the error disappeared after 5 minutes.
Check that the connector is firmly connected in the P1 port
Ensure the cable does not run alongside the main power cable, as this can disrupt the signal
