P1 error

Explanantion

There is no connection between the FlexiObox and the P1-port of the digital meter.

This connection can be established in 2 ways:

  • P1-cable (P1 serial dongle). This cable can be purchased in the Lifepowr webshop and is available in 2meter and 5meter

  • P1 HomeWizard Wi-Fi dongle. This item can be purchased in the Lifepowr webshop or on the website of Homewizard directly.

Types of error:

P1 serial dongle not found. Searching P1 on the network

No P1 cable has been plugged into the FlexiObox. FlexiO can’t find a P1 Homewizard WI-FI dongle on the local network on witch the FlexiObox is connected to.

Solution: Connect a P1-cable or P1 Homewizard WI-FI dongle

P1 dongle is not receiving data. Searching P1 on the network

A P1 cable is connected to the FlexiObox but no data is transmitted. FlexiO can’t find a P1 Homewizard WI-FI dongle on the local network on witch the FlexiObox is connected to.

Solution:

  • It is possible the P1-cable is not (well) connected to the P1 port.

  • Open P1-port by following this link:

http://mijn.fluvius.be

  • Connect a P1 Homewizard WI-FI dongle

P1 serial data is invalid, (INVALID_DATA)

A P1-cable is connected to FlexiObox and digital meter but data is not readable by FlexiO. This can have multiple reasons:

  • P1-cable is not connected to P1-port but to S1-port of digital meter

  • P1-cable is running alongside DC-cables wich cause interference

  • P1-cable has been extended to more than 5m and data is of unsufficient quality.

Solution: change the (trajectory of the) P1-cable to ensure no interference is possible.
