EAN

Explanation

The EAN code of your (digital) electricity meter is missing in your profile.
LIFEPOWR requires your EAN to be able to steer your installation for grid balancing.

An EAN error implies that FlexiO cannot participate on grid balancing. Earnings might be missed.

Required action

If not done already, install the MyFlexiO App and finish your registration.
Use the same e-mail address which the installer added to the FlexiObox configuration.

User can add the EAN code under settings menu in the MyFlexiO App.

Partner can add the EAN in the device details under tab ‘Balancing’.
