Explanation

FlexiO Terms of Use (ToU) aren’t signed by user.

LIFEPOWR requires the user to sign the Terms of Use in order to be legally allowed to control the installation.
Signing the ToU is a part of the user registration.

Required action

User will need to:

• Download the MyFlexiO app

• Register with the same e-mail address as added to the FlexiObox configuration.

• Enter EAN, IBAN and agree with the Terms of Use (ToU).

Addendum: different user statuses

In the Devices overview or in the device details you can find the status of the registration (column “Account”. There are 3 statuses:

• ❌ No user linked
  No e-mail address is linked by installer --> installer action required
  

• ❗User linked but not yet registered
  An e-mail address is linked by installer, however the user didn’t (fully) register yet --> user action required
  

• ✅ User linked and registered: all ok.
