Explanation

The FlexiObox configuration is missing a linked user.

Without a linked user, FlexiO cannot start.

Executed following steps

1. Open a browser and go to http://partner.lifepowr.io

2. Go to the device details of the user

3. Click on top of the page on ‘link account’

4. Add the e-mail address of the user

5. Click 'submit'
