Explanation
The FlexiObox configuration is missing a linked user.
Without a linked user, FlexiO cannot start.
Executed following steps

Open a browser and go to http://partner.lifepowr.io

Go to the device details of the user

Click on top of the page on ‘link account’

Add the e-mail address of the user

Click 'submit'
